History

Avalon Realty was formed in 1999 as a subsidiary of Stratus Properties, the master developer of Austin's renowned Barton Creek community. While the initial purpose was to facilitate new property sales, the staff's knowledge and expertise of Barton Creek's real estate led quickly to Avalon working with existing homeowners and prospective buyers to sell or purchase homes within the neighborhood. Avalon continued its success by becoming involved in all facets of Austin's luxury home market.
